Description
We will put ourselves to the test to find all those hidden beacons in the forest. Through a map and a compass, we will search for the different established points taking into account all those concepts and techniques explained previously by the guide. It is a perfect activity to enjoy a family experience creating an atmosphere of cohesion and fun at the same time in a natural environment.
The other proposals are for a more adult and also family audience, each route we adapt to the client's interests, schedule, location, km, elevation gain... making the experience tailor-made and unique so that they take away a great memory of our territory.
INTERPRETIVE HIKING
1- "Beyond Hiking: Discover Port through Your Orientation"
Using your sense of direction and the previous explanations from the guides, you will need to find the different hidden beacons in the natural environment. We will have to make a correct reading of the map and the terrain, putting our sense of direction to the test in an unknown environment to find the 10 hidden beacons in unique places.
2- "Getting to Know the Endemic Flora and Fauna of Ports"
We will learn and appreciate the different unique plants and animals of the Ports Natural Park, with explanations about their adaptation to the environment and their ecological importance.
3- "Discover the Secret Paths of the Ports Natural Park"
Immerse yourself in the lesser-known routes and discover unexplored landscapes of the park. We will carry out routes of one, two, or three days to discover all those lesser-known and rugged places of the massif, staying overnight in mountain refuges.
4- "Path of the Cliffs and Caro Summit: Panoramic Views"
A walk along the sides of the most impressive cliffs of the massif will allow you to have stunning views of the Ebro Valley, the Ebro Delta, and the most continental parts of the massif and even of the Pyrenees. The guides will interpret the landscape at all times, explaining all the natural, cultural, and historical heritage of the massif.
5- "Path of the Starry Sky: An Adventure under the Stars"
Explore the magic of the port under a starry mantle away from light pollution, getting to know the constellations, celestial phenomena, and nocturnal orientation. We will observe those nocturnal animals to learn about their adaptations and behaviors in the natural environment.
6- "The Challenge of the Ports: The 5 Most Challenging Hiking Routes"
For lovers of challenging hikes, we present the most demanding routes adapted to different days and technical difficulties to enjoy the Port from a more extreme point. We adapt the level of difficulty taking into account the kilometers and elevation gain that the client can handle.
7- "Traces of the Past: Old Paths of Maquis and Smugglers"
Explore ancient buildings and discover the stories that have shaped this wonderful place. Walk along ancient paths used by smugglers, with explanations about the history of this practice and its influence in the area.
8- "Discovering the Hydrology of the Massif: the Best Places to Enjoy Water in the Ports"
Walk along streams and sources of fresh water, discovering the importance of this fragile and precious ecosystem. We will learn about the hydrology of the park, how it has evolved over the years, and its environmental importance for a sustainable future.
9- "The Two Beech Forests to Discover"
We will venture into the southernmost beech forests of Europe to learn about their evolution, environmental conditions, and emblematic trees such as the Big Pine or the Parent Beech. A natural landscape that will enchant you with all your senses.
Additionally, every quarter we also carry out our activities agenda where we promote yoga retreats, orientation courses, hiking, family workshops, etc.
