Description
El Toscar area is located next to the Magdalena hermitage and Els Xorros, a spring surrounded by moss and where water sprouts are abundant and vigorous. You can park in the Carregador parking lot, so named because it was the place where the wood used to be stacked.

How to get there: The area can be reached mainly by the TV-3422 local road. Leave Roquetes and head to Els Reguers and Alfara de Carles. After 12.6 km follow an asphalt path where there is a sign on the left to El Toscar. After 4.1 km you will reach the parking lot. It can also be reached from Alfara de Carles on foot if you go hiking the GR-171. GR (long-distance footpath). 3.5 km up to Santa Llúcia hermitage and 6.5 up to El Toscar.
