Description
Pedaling between Via Heraclea and Via Augusta
Leaving from the Old Slaughterhouse in the direction of the Red Bridge, we join the Val de Zafán Greenway. After 1.5 km we take a left towards Raval de Cristo. From here we head towards Mas de Barberans, and after 1 km, we turn left towards Racó d’Omedo where we climb up to the chapel of Carmen, Pas de Berenguer and Camí de Matamoros before reaching Camí dels Bandejats (the old Via Heraclea).
We arrive at Barranc de Lloret and we cross the Mas de Berberans road and follow the road that runs parallel to Barranc de Lledó, ending in Mianes. Near Vinallop, we climb and look for Camí Vell de Tortosa a Galera.
We turn towards the medieval Vilanova Tower, and we go back 1 km to find the path that leads up to the chapel of el Carmen and then down to Racó d’Omedo and Sant Antoni.
From there, take the middle path to reach Raval de Cristo where we will find the Greenway and the Red Bridge to return back to the starting point.
