Discover culture, nature, and emotion
Escape to Tortosa this Easter. A historic city in the Ebro Lands with a fascinating monumental heritage, surrounded by two natural parks: the Ebro Delta and Els Ports. Located in the heart of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Tortosa is the ideal starting point to explore the region and all it has to offer — whether by cycling along the Greenway of Val de Zafán and the Natural Trail from Tortosa to Deltebre, hiking, or enjoying adventure sports.
Closer than you think, in the Ebro Lands, the air feels different — live experiences that will stay with you.
Tortosa Just a step away from living intensely

The most crowded Holy Week in the Ebro Lands
Tortosa is the setting for the most crowded and spectacular events that make up Holy Week in the Ebro Lands. All this allows you to discover the territory, from the Natural Park of the Ports to the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta, while also enjoying the processions and ancestral traditions, sacred music, and tasting authentic cuisine.
Come during the Easter holidays and enjoy a city that blends tradition and popular devotion, with crowded processions such as the Passion on Palm Sunday, with over 1,500 participants and 11 floats, and the heritage, where highlights include the impressive cathedral, which faces directly onto the Ebro River, the Royal Colleges, a Renaissance jewel in Catalonia, or the more than 6 kilometers of city walls, built between the 10th and 18th centuries.
